Eligible new and unused goods may be requested for return by mail within 30 days after delivery. The original condition, packaging, tags, and included accessories must be retained.
We accept qualifying returns for both defective and non-defective merchandise, including a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect selection. Exchanges are accepted and depend on available inventory.
To request approval, provide the order number, checkout email, and a description of the issue. Photos or video are also required for damage, defects, incorrect goods, or missing parts. Do not mail an item back without authorization.
A free return label is included in the package. No restocking fee applies. Once approved, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 days.
