Processing and transit
Normal order processing takes approximately 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery or transit after processing is 3–5 business days. These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees.
Any free-shipping offer and the final shipping charge are determined at checkout. Customers must provide an accurate address, email address, and telephone number. Tracking updates are sent when available.
For a delay, loss, delivered-but-missing package, or damaged parcel, contact us with the order number and tracking details. Photos of damaged items and packaging may be requested. Carrier investigations, address restrictions, holidays, and destinations outside supported regions may affect service.
